Full Description
Find Type: Flint implement (matching thesaurus term not found).
Flint flake with bulb and platform intact. It is a pointed oval in plan. Fine working or at least utilisation along the lower edge that might suggest a sawing or cutting function and just possibly part of the upper edge also. It probably dates to late Neolithic or early Bronze Age. The centuries around the later 3rd millennium BC might be most likely. It is light brown in colour.
