Full Description

Cast lead weight, from the Post Medieval period. It is tear-drop shaped in shape with a spherical base and a narrowed top which ends in a flat terminal, possibly it has been cut/ broken. The lead is a greyish colour and the surface is uneven. There are marks and grooves in the surface, some of which could have been gained when in the ground.
