Full Description
<1> Portable Antiquities Scheme, Various, Portable Antiquities Data Import, LVPL-497F46 & LVPL-89BE90 (Digital Archive). SCH5212.
Two Roman coins found whilst metal detecting at either from Townley Farm (SJ575469) or Bank Farm, Marbury (SJ570458). One is a plated denarius in poor condition. The second is a copper alloy of Dupondius of Trajan (98-117) (see 3).
