Full Description
A pennanular brooch found by metal detecting. Two thirds of the arms are flat and decorated with punched dots around the edges and a pair of punched ring and dots at each terminal. There is a further ring and dot further back on each of the arms. The section which supports the pin is circular in section and is decorated towards the arms with a segment of close grooves. The pin is complete, circular in section and attached to the brooch by a flattened loop with grooves (1 & 2).
