Full Description

To the south-east of the moated manor house and within two of the east west ditches identified in the field survey (see 1889/1/3) are a line of regularly placed substantial oak trees. These are shown on early OS maps and the 1947 vertical A/Ps. May survive from formal planting around the post- medieval manor house (1&2).
