Roman dupondius of Antoninus Pius. Obv: ANTONINUS AUG PI-US PP TRP COS III. Right radiate head. Rev: SALUS AUG SC. Salus standing left feeding serpent coiled around altar, sceptre in left hand. See RIC vol III no.668 p.114. Rome, AD 140-144. Diameter 2.39-2.66cm. Weight 10.18gm. Reported to the Grosvenor Museum 30/9/1987 (1).
