Full Description
Roman dupondius. Obv: right radiate. Rev: figure standing left with patera in right hand, ?sceptre in left. Very corroded. Possibly second quarter of the 3rd C. Found in fields near the Countess of Chester Hospital on a footpath. Diameter c.2.3cm. Weight 7.03gm. Reported to the Grosvenor Museum 27/5/1988 (1).
