Full Description
Constructed by 1909 the Silver Springs Bleach and Dye Works was located on the site of the Silver Springs Mill, which had been demolished or had been incorporated into the works complex (see CHER 2887/1/1) (1). Demolished by 1970, only a few tanks and filter beds survive. The site is now a country park (2 & 3).
