The Tithe map for Peckforton township (1846) shows a cottage in this location (1).

Along with the cottage to the immediate south (CHER 323/0/6), this cottage is depicted as Dairy House on Bryant's map of 1831 (2 & 3).

The cottage had been demolished by 1874 (4).
