Ice House on hillside among stunted oak trees, 200m East of the site of the former hall. Two small 'windows' facing each other towards the top of the chamber.

Ice House, early nineteenth century, brick (in artificial mound of earth). Round domed chamber with cavitied double wall, entered by barrel-vaulted passage with angled turn to exclude sun. Segmental-arched loading passage at high level (north side).
