Yew Tree Farmhouse, Bell o'th'Hill Lane. Early C17, of brick nogged small framing on brick plinth; left gable replaced in brick; slate roof, probably formerly thatched. Two storeys, three chambers.C19 casements. Replaced boarded door. Diagonal braces at eaves. Axial ridge chimney has three separated rectangular flues. Chimney adjacent to right gable inserted within the frame. Interior: lobby-entrance plan with back-to-back inglenooks, somewhat altered. Right and central rooms have ovolo oak beams, left room a chamfered oak beam. Full architectural description
