Full Description
Lower House Farmhouse, Higher Wych Lane. Probably mid C17, cased in brick c.1840. English garden wall bond brickwork; graded gray slate roof. Two storeys; three windows to main wing; projecting wing of one room, has windows to each storey on inner face. Small-pane cast iron casements under camber heads; no cills. C19 gabled porch on stop-chamfered posts. Interior: Main wing has lobby-entrance plan; inglenook with oak bressumer; stop-chamfered oak main beams; stair with winders between front and inglenook.
