Wesleyan Methodist Chapel built in 1838 for use by a Sunday-school (commenced in 1835) and for preaching services. The walls are of brick and the roof slated. The original front faced east and had a central doorway with fanlight between two round-arched windows. In the later nineteenth century the entrance was re-sited in the gabled southern wall between a pair of inserted windows and a large tablet above the original entrance inscribed 'WESLEYAN SUNDAY SCHOOL 1838' was reset in the gable.
