Full Description
Congregational chapel built in 1809-10, greatly altered and refenestered c.1880. Originally round-arched window with wooden Y-tracery in N gable. Now a United Reformed Church (1).
Brown brick with renewed tile floor, 4 bays. Rebuilt west elevation, in Flemish bond, has mid C19 porch with Gothic opening. Linked to Sunday School to the South. Full architectual description in (2).
The Historic 25inch to 1mile maps suggest that a building to the South was the original Chapel that was standing until around 1960 (3).
