Full Description
Methodist Chapel converted for use as offices. Built in 1823 with later C19 additions and C20 alterations. Brick with slate roof. The interior has a gallery supported on cast-iron doric columns, coffered ceiling, wooden pews and an organ and pulpit of c1860 (1). The fron wall of five bays with two tiers of round-arched windows has a three-bay pedimented centre and a formerley open semi-circular porch with doric columns and entablature. The side walls, originally of six bays, have been extended by two further bays to the rear (2).
