Cottage, mid seventeenth century of oak small-frame brick-nogged and painted white; end walls beneath gables are rebuilt in brick, painted as small-frame; roof of small slates; one flush gable chimney. 1 1/2 storeys, two rooms. Central gabled dormer to front contains two windows. Lobby-entrance (far right) has framed door of three vertical panels in simple timber case. Small six-pane casements of nineteenth century vernacular type. Interior: Ingle-nook at right end; oak beams.
