Monument record 2515/4/0 - Witton Salt Works

Salt Works marked on the Ordnance Survey 1:500 town plan of Northwich and the First Edition Ordnance Survey 25 inch to 1 mile Cheshire Maps. The site also has four brine cisterns [CSMR: 2515/4/1-4] and two blacksmiths workshops [CSMR: 2525/4/5-6]. It is also marked on the first, second and third editions of the OS 6 inch to 1 mile maps of Cheshire.
