Description
A Heritage Impact Assessment was produced in 2021 for the former Swan Inn, Bucklow Hill prior to proposed redevelopment. Site visits were also undertaken as part of the study and it was found that the western part of the Swan contains a 17th century timber frame, the better surviving part of which was indeed of sufficient significance to be considered for preservation.
