Description
Heritage statement produced in 2013 for Dolphin Cottage, Spurstow, prior to proposed conservation and partial re-development. The cottage, which is Grade II Listed, is a timber framed building, dating from the early 17th century; it was renovated in the late 19th century, and altered and extended in the late 20th century.
