Description
An archaeological watching brief was undertaken on land between Wheelock Street and St Ann’s Road, Middlewich, in 2022. The archaeological watching brief observed a proportion of the ‘cut and fill’ works in advance of the installation of piling mats for the proposed housing development. No archaeological remains were present in the areas observed and as a result the watching brief was curtailed. (1)
