Significance
Greenfield House, a late 18th century house with parkland, formal garden and walled garden, remains substantially intact. It is of local historic interest as one of very few properties in Warrington owned by a wealthy industrialist to survive. The grounds make a significant contribution to local character, are used by the community, include a War Memorial, and are highly valued by the school.1
