Description
A heritage statement and photographic survey was prepared in 2020 to assess proposals for alteration and change of use of existing buildings to form 6 no dwellings, together with demolition works and associated works, including installation of drainage, infrastructure and landscaping, on land adjacent Chapel House Lane, Puddington. The site is located close to the abandoned World War II Gun Emplacement (CHER 2851), a Scheduled Ancient Monument; it is also located within the Puddington Conservation Area, so there is a requirement to consider what impacts the development will have on the setting of both.
