Desk based assessment for an area of land at Sandy Lane, Runcorn for a proposed housing development. Report concludes that the potential for as yet unknown archaeological remains is neglible for all periods. Sites had been in agriculturla use prior to its development as recreational facilities in the early 20th century. A number of recreational buildings surive on site and are shown on historic maps features in the desk based assessment and are shown on site photographs within the report.
