Desk based assessment and borehole data for the site of proposed new care home. Report concludes that the site was in agricultural use until the 20th century. The construction and enolition of 20th centuiry buildings includign a dnce hall and subsequent construction of the garage building will have truncated and archaeological remains. There is low potential for pockets of archaeologcial survivial within the site in areas that have not been subject to significant levels of truncation
