Description
Heritage statement produced for land, approximately 1.4ha in area, at the former Ship Inn, Chester Road, Warrington. The assessment finds that the development of the site would not have any impact on designated assets. The former Ship Inn is a locally listed building and it is proposed to retain and convert it for residential use. The assessment has established that there is little potential for the discovery of archaeology of any date on this site. (1)
