Description

Heritage assessment to determine the impact of proposed housing development on heritage assets at Saighton Camp, Chester. Development acknowledged to have an adverse affect on upon some elements of a prehistoric , roman, medieval and later field systems. Also a 20th century military camp. A programme of archaeological mitigation and recording of the 20th century remains recommended.
