Description
Report on 2, 3 and 4 Kings Buildings, King Street, Chester comissioned by the City Engineer and Surveyor on behalf of the City of Chester.
Report includes a Structural Appraisal of the property following a survey and dite investigation, reccomendations for repairs including the estimated cost necessary for a renovation programme.
Annotated photogrpahs precede the findings of the survey to enable the report to be read with a clearer understanding of the defects. Plans and elevations of the buildings also included
