Description
Desk-based assessment which states the site has low/nil potential for archaeological evidence from the prehistoric and Roman periods and low/moderate potential for archaeological evidence of the Medieval and Post-Medieval periods, associated with Doddington Hall.
Accordingly, it is considered that construction work has the potential to impact on below ground deposits relating to the construction and development of Doddington
Hall, the interest of which can be secured by an appropriately worded planning condition relating to a programme of controlled soil stripping in areas of new build, car
parking and landscaping
