Description
This assessment considers land to the south of Cholmondeley Road, Wrenbury, Cheshire. There are no designated or non-designated assets recorded on the site. Development of the site has the potential to impact on the setting of the nearby listed Wrenbury Canal Bridge. The assessment has identified a low-moderate potential for below-ground evidence of Romano-British activity within the site and a low-nil potential for remains of all other periods. Should archaeological deposits be present, it is considered that they would be of local archaeological interest.
