Site Event/Activity record ECH6000 - Land at Park Road, Willaston, Cheshire - Heritage Statement

Archaeological assessment of a site prior to proposed redevelopment of the site for housing. The potential for as yet unknown archaeological remains to be present at the site has been estimated as low for all periods. A remote possibility of remains associated with the site of Willaston Old Hall Moat to be present within the site is identified. However this part of the site is to be retained for agricultural use so the proposed development does not propose a direct threat to the integrity of any archaeological remains
