Archaeological desk based assessment that concludes there are no known heritage assets within the proposed development area. However the smae report does Identify that a rectangular encloseure appears on the 1940's aerial photographs. The author concludes that as the ground over most of the subject area has been severely disturbed during construction of housing and lanscaping for the golf course then the development of the consultation area is unlikely to have an impact on the heritage landscape
