Date
June 2014
Description
Desk Based Assessment of land proposed for residential development. Assessment concludes that the site included two sites of low heritage significance, a former brick kiln, yard and associated quarry pits and extant cottage. Also the site of railway cottages shown on mapping between 1844 and 1985. There is high potential for these sites to have surviving archaeological evidence. There is low potential for unknown archaeological remains outside these areas.
