Description
This report relates to proposals for a new residential development, provisionally named Church View, on a 0.69 ha. greenfield site in the village of Davenham, Cheshire West and Chester. The site lies in the Davenham Conservation Area, thus forming part of it's setting and that of a number of historic buildings, both nationally and locally designated that stand nearby.
