Description

A Hall with wings and pavillions built circa 1720 -1768. An architectural gem with very few alterations. The grounds were reduced to 20 acres and separated from most of the associated parkland by the building of the Macclesfield Canal. Their layout , dating to 1831 -1838 remains remarkably intact.
