Description
Exploratory trench excavated by Cheshire Gardens trust to establish the survival of the Kemp designed gardens at Lymm Hall. Evidence was found of various paths and beds shown in Kemps book of 1858 "How to lay out a garden", which confirmed that Kemp's design for a flower garden had been laid out as proposed
