Desk based assessment of the potential archaeological impact of a proposed redevelopment of the area for car parking. Includes review of significant archaeology in the area. The report indicated a good potential for Roman to medieval archaeological evidence, however it was noted that the proposed development was unlikely to impact on the archaeology due to a limited depth of work.
