Description
Approx 6 hectares to the north east of Malpas bounded by Chester Road, Well Street and Greenway Lane and adjacent ot Broselake Farm. The assessment concludes that the site has low/nil potential for any archaeological evidence form the prehistoric, Roman, Saxon, Medieval and Post-Medieval periods however it omits reference to a number of PAS recorded finds from Malpas and does not assess the historic landscape as recommended by the Cheshire HLC Project.
