Description
L&R Consulting was appointed in March 1996 by the Chester Heritage Trust to review work undertaken by a number of different agencies on the potential for development of the Roman amphitheatre site and Dee House. This event represents the initial pre-feasibility study to enable the necessary technical, concept development, interpretive and business planning work to proceed.
