Report on the archaeological mitigation carried out during the installation of a new gas main between Hole House Farm, warmingham and Crabmill Farm to the west of Elworth
The report describes the results of the watching brief carried out during the installation of a new gas main. Significant archaeological deposits were absent and the peat deposits at warmingham Moss preoved to have largely wasted away. The project did, however, see the recording of formal sections through several historic field boundaries, including parish boundaries and the recording of the bank and ditch deposits in section.
