Description
The report consists of a historical study to document the significance of the tower and the processes that have led to the present state of the building and its setting. It includes a thorough condition survey of the fabric, with recommendations for further structural survey if necessary, a review of the adjacent road layout, roadside furniture and any road works that may affect the tower or its setting, and a list of recommendations for consolidation, restoration and possible reuse of the tower.
