Description
A Roman roof tile with the impression of a wolf's claw recorded on the premises of Mr Welsby (1) (3)
Roman structures uncovered in the lane (2) (4), at the rear of the premises of Mr Welsby, at the corner of Bridge St. (5). Several column bases were removed and are preserved at the Roman gardens.
A channel drain of blocks of red sandstone 30cm thick and 90cm wide were recorded from premises belonging to Mr Welsby (7)
