Description
Archaeological evaluation of the bowling green to the west of the residence, Mill Street, Nantwich was carried out in connection with proposals fror the erection of a hotel extension on the site. Trenching revealed post-medieval walls, features, and pottery but no significant medieval activity or waterlogged deposits.
