Description
Report on the former sergeant's mess building prior to its demolition. Its recording was required as part of the planning process due to its location in the Area of Archaeological Importance and its proximity to the Scheduled Monument and listed building structures of the Castle and the City Wall.
The building was probably first built during the Second World War and was since converted to office use in the 1970s
