A building survey and rapid impact assessment on the historic fabric and character undertaken on the listed building at 67 - 69 Bridge St., following a fire in 2002. The undercroft and row (of first floor) levels of the building are used for commercial purposes, and were not significantly damaged by the fire. The upper floors, however, were, and in light of the extant damage, it was proposed to divide the property into two separate apartments while carrying out repairs. It was concluded that he impact that these proposals would have to the upper parts of the building would be positive.
