Description
A historic building recording and assessment at 22 Bridge St. (although the structure encompasses 22 Bridge St. and 20 Bridge St. Row), which makes up the northern bay of the Dutch House, a Grade II Listed property. The results of the appraisal and associated research indicate that 22 Bridge Street retains much of its historic fabric and several features dating to the original building and to modifications in later centuries. The assessment concludes that Steamer Trading Cook Shop should proceed with an application for listed building consent.
