Description
Site Visited But Not Scheduled. Reason for not Scheduling: The site was viewed from the roadside c.50m to the east, Consists of a mound c.35-40m in diameter and c.0.7m high. There was a substantial excavation of the barrow in 1981 and the surviving earthworks suggest the mound has been largely reconstructed after this excavation. Liaison with the site excavator, R.McNeil, indicated that c.75% of the barrow has been excavated.
