Description
Archaeological mitigation during the construction of the Alderley edge bypass consisted of monitoring of the topsoil strip, recording historic boundary ditches, analysis of a core from an area of peat accumulation, and sieving of the topsoil over a small sandhill in order to recover lithic material.
