Description
Report on watching brief carried out during topsoil stripping for a new canal marina off Coole Lane, 1.5km to the north west of Audlem. Identified ridge and furrow from aerial photographs. Few finds but they included a whetstone, a Midlands Purple sherd and a fragment of Roman pottery.
