Description
Site visit to inspect foundation trenches for garage. Square trench, 1.2m deep. Topsoil to 0.5m lying over a friable sandy clay layer. Eastern arm of foundations showed a downward sloping disturbance filled with topsoil and probably fairly recent. No significant archaeological features observed.
