Description
A desk based assessment has been completed to inform the preparation of a masterplan for a mixed use development. Site is within the area of archaeologcial potential as identified by the Cheshire Historic Towns Survey. It is likely that some further archaeological field evaluation will be required prior to the development of the site. This could be done prior to the determination of planning consent if required. Further mitigation may be required if the results suggest significant remains
